Jean A White, BSN, RN
Jean became a surveyor/inspector for the state of Florida and over a six‐year period, she conducted more than 1,000 surveys in 300 locations including Assisted Living Communities, Personal Care Homes, and Skilled Nursing Facilities. During this time, she performed countless incident investigations throughout the state, observing community best practices, and discovered the reason some startups and existing facilities are so successful and others not so much.
Jean considers her teaching and surveying experiences as pivotal to her compliance record and the development of the Proven Path training manual.
